By using this website or purchasing a product or service from us, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or purchase from us.

We invite our subscribers to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that each subscriber abides by certain rules so that no one’s rights are stepped on. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to this site, without refund or recourse.

Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.
Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn’t mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability. Please don’t violate our copyright.
No advertising, trading of goods or services, or other commercial use is allowed except in classified ad forums. No bulk e-mail, junk mail or spam, chain letters, or repeat postings of the same message is permitted anywhere on the forums.
Please use your own name when posting to any discussion forums. Do not impersonate anyone else.
Treat other subscribers with courtesy and respect when posting messages to any discussion groups. No unnecessary name calling or abuse toward any subscriber is allowed.

Do not use vulgarity, obscenity, profanity, ethnic slurs, hate speech, or sexually explicit language, or harass, abuse, or threaten other subscribers in the discussion forums. Do not libel or defame others. This site strongly disapproves flaming.
When you post content in the discussion forums, you permit this site to display and distribute the content, and to use it for advertising and promotion. You grant to this site the complete, perpetual, but non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sub-license, etc. the content in whole or in part, throughout the world and universe, on a royalty-free basis.

We do not try to edit or monitor messages posted on the discussion forums, but we reserve the right to edit or remove objectionable postings. The person posting a message is solely responsible for it, not this site. Violators may be permanently banned from using the forums, or even have their subscriptions terminated.

Unless advertised, our courses are sold without any ongoing support to answer questions you may have or to advise on implementation. We offer this service separately on a monthly subscription basis (see below)

Sometimes, although we have replied to your question, your own Mailbox may not recognise our email addresses and mark the replies as spam, especially if I include links to other pages or videos. To prevent this it is best if you add the following reply address we use to your email whitelist (safe senders list):

Unlimited Email Support Service Terms
When ordered, our Unlimited Email Support service is chargeable at the advertised monthly price offered to you and is paid via a monthly subscription via the card used for purchase. If you have a valid active support subscription, please send your requests to [email protected]. Although we will reply to your questions as soon as possible, we aim to reply to support requests within 24 hours during Mon-Fri office hours, and within 48 hours for messages received at the weekend.

By purchasing the support service, we will be available to help you progress much more quickly but it is up to you to ask the questions. If you subscribe to the service but do not utilise it, you will still be charged until you notify us by email that you wish to cancel the service.

Our advice is just advice based upon our knowledge and experience and it is up to you to decide to follow any advice given. Any financial or legal advice given is advisory only and you should consult a Solicitor, Independent Financial Advisor or any other relevant professional before decisions that may affect you financially or legally. Internet Business School LLP, its owners, employees, or agents accept no liability for any loss, damage or harm in any way resulting from our advice.

We will only accept cancellations in writing and will be effective from the date they are received. No refunds will be given for partial months and you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period

Purchases of Courses or Services

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 say that, from the moment of purchase from us, you have a 14-day right to change your mind and get a full refund in most cases. However, you will lose this right to cancel if you have accessed the online course within the 14-day period.

Extended Refund Guarantees (when specifically offered)

We very much want our students to be as successful as possible by purchasing and following our training. To be successful though, the training has to be fully implemented by following our guidance. If you are purchasing a course that is specifically offered with an extended refund guarantee (eg 30 days), then the terms of that guarantee will be included on the product sales page and the checkout page. If you decide to purchase a product with an extended guarantee, you agree to be bound by the specific terms of the guarantee as advertised. In most cases, we offer an extended guarantee on the basis of the purchaser fully watching the training and applying the training correctly within the set guarantee period offered. If the product has not met the specific terms of the guarantee offered, then you may request a refund. Please note that we will require you to provide sufficient evidence to us on request to reasonably demonstrate to us that the terms of the guarantee have been met. A review will be undertaken by the course tutor or a suitably experienced Coach and we will decide if you have reasonably followed and implemented the training correctly. We cannot indemnify you against issues with third-party software that we have no reasonable control over.

Online Courses are usually delivered immediately after purchase and are accessed via our Members Area which relies on third-party software for access and delivery. You should be using a suitable internet-connected device with sufficient connection speed to view videos – we cannot be held liable if you purchase a course and do not have a suitable device to access it. Although we try our best to ensure access is always available, we cannot guarantee that there will be no downtime caused by issues beyond our control. Purchases made by you are solely for your use and you must not share your password information with any other party without our express written permission.

As the online marketing environment changes regularly, there will be times that some of the information in our content will not be fully accurate ie when websites change their user interface or branding. We do not guarantee that all information will be fully up-to-date at the time of your purchase but we do make efforts to update courses when major changes have taken place that affects the overall content of any course. If we release an update, you will automatically have access to that updated course in your Members Area. Please contact us if you notice any dead links or major differences in course content and we will note your feedback for our future course planning.

Purchases made face-to-face with one of our agents at an organised live event must be completed with a signed and dated purchase order form. Event purchases are deemed to be ‘ in person at our normal place of work’ and therefore do not have a 14-day refund period.

Payment Plans

If you purchase one of our products using a link we advertise to spread payments over a longer period (eg a 3 month payment option), then you are responsible to ensure that funds are available each month on the correct date to ensure that your payment plan is completed. Please note that if a payment fails to process then your access to the purchased product may be restricted until your payment is made. Payment plans may result in a higher overall total cost compared to a single full-payment purchase.

We encourage users of our site (‘the Site’) to contribute freely to any discussion forum we may operate, as long as they do so in a responsible fashion and show respect for others. To ensure you and we are protected, we have developed a standard of conduct that is strictly enforced.
Comments posted here may at our discretion be removed, whether in breach of the standards or not, without further comment or notice to you. We reserve the right to identify you in response to a court order or threat of legal action. You agree in our Terms and Conditions to permit us to remove any such material.
